We are able to offer a meal that can put a smile on everyone’s face! Featuring our private chef. Paul Brown. Paul has been a chef for the Viking Cooking School for 7 years now and can cook to your liking. Paul offers three menus to choose from. Whether you are in the mood for a hearty steak night, creamy Cajuan pasta, or savory seafood, Paul has you covered! Private chef nights require at least a 2 week notice before they can be confirmed.

With our 85” smart TV, we are able to offer any seating arrangement that best suits your meeting needs. We are happy to give you a free sketch of seating arrangement so everyone can see the slide show on the big screen. We would love to have you and your colleagues for a “change of scenery.”
